Effective 17 September 2026 · version 2026-09-17
These Prize and competition rules ("Prize Rules") apply to Social Coin prizes and operator-funded Pro cash prizes on StatPredict. They form part of the Terms of use. If there is a conflict about a prize, these Prize Rules win for that prize. Effective 17 September 2026. Promoter: the operator of StatPredict (TipOff).
1. Nature of the competitions
Pit Lane Pro boards are games of skill. Winners are determined by the highest valid server-side score (or lowest valid time, for Lights Out and Batak), then by the published tie-breakers. Chance does not decide the winner.
Race predictions, where offered, are Social only. They never pay cash. They are a social game using Social Coins.
These competitions are not a lottery, not a wager against other players' money, and not a betting product. The prize pool for Pro cash is funded by the promoter, not by a player-vs-player stake.
2. Who can win cash
You must be 18 or older, a resident of Australia, have one account in your own name, and have accepted the current Terms, Privacy policy, and these Prize Rules.
Employees, contractors, and household members of the promoter may play, but they are not eligible for cash or Social Coin podium prizes. Seeded filler bots are not eligible.
You must enter with Pro Coins bought through the Service's paid checkout once that checkout is live. Complimentary, beta, refunded, or reversed Pro Coins do not count as a paid entry for cash.
We may require proof of identity, age, residency, and that you control the account and the payout bank account. If you do not provide it within 14 days of a request, we may treat the prize as unclaimed.
3. How to enter
Social skill boards: spend Social Coins on a run of that game during the open period. Cost per run is shown in the game. Weekly and monthly Social podiums pay Social Coins only.
Pro weekly board: during that UTC week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC), spend Pro Coins on a run of the featured Pro game. Your best valid Pro score that week counts. The published prize pool is currently $50 AUD split across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as shown in the app.
Fill the Tank perfect jackpot: a valid perfect score of 600/600 on Fill the Tank. The first valid Social perfect ever awards 10,000 Social Coins, then that Social jackpot closes. The first valid Pro perfect ever is eligible for $1,000 AUD cash, then that Pro jackpot closes. Later perfects still rank on boards but do not re-open the jackpot.
A run is not an entry until our server accepts it. Starting a session and closing the tab does not guarantee a scored entry. Invalid, expired, or voided runs are not entries.
4. Judging, validation, and review
The official result is the score or time stored by our server after validation. We recompute scores from session data. Client-displayed scores are not binding.
We may void or hold a run that uses automation, impossible timings, modified clients, direct database writes, leaked or precomputed solutions, multi-accounting, or any other breach of the Terms.
A Fill the Tank 600/600 on Pro is a claim, not an instant payout. We will review the session (including pour timings, account age, payment source, and security flags) before we pay $1,000 AUD. We may ask for a screen recording of the winning run.
Weekly Pro cash is ranked automatically, then reviewed by an admin before money is sent. We may skip a placing that fails review and move to the next eligible player.
Tie-breakers: better score or time wins; then earlier valid submission; then (if still tied) we may split the relevant places equally or apply a published skill tie-break shown in the app.
5. Prizes
Pro weekly featured board: $50 AUD AUD total, operator funded, split as shown in the game (typically 50% / 30% / 20% for 1st / 2nd / 3rd). There is no monthly Pro cash. All-time boards are glory only.
Fill the Tank Pro perfect jackpot: $1,000 AUD AUD, one winner ever, operator funded.
Social weekly and monthly skill boards pay Social Coins as shown in the app (currently 500 coins weekly and 2,000 coins monthly per game, split 50% / 30% / 20%). Social Coins have no cash value.
Social Fill the Tank perfect: 10,000 Social Coins, one award ever.
Race and season Social prizes, where offered, pay Social Coins only.
Prizes are not transferable except to the winner's nominated Australian bank account in their name (or as required by law). We do not pay in crypto, gift cards, or third-party accounts unless we say so in writing for a specific promo.
If a listed cash prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. How cash is paid
Cash is paid by bank transfer to the details you save in Profile, in Australian dollars. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details.
We aim to pay reviewed weekly winners within 14 days after the UTC week closes, and jackpot winners within 14 days after the claim passes review. Banking cut-offs can add time.
You are responsible for any tax on a prize. We may issue a statement if the law requires it.
We will not pay: ineligible players; voided runs; accounts funded only with beta or reversed coins; accounts we reasonably believe are bots, duplicates, or colluding; or claims we cannot verify.
7. Unclaimed prizes
If we cannot contact you, or you do not complete identity or bank checks within 14 days of our request (or 3 months of the win, whichever is later), the cash prize may be forfeited. We may award it to the next eligible player or keep it in the operator pool.
Social Coin prizes that fail to credit because of an account issue may be retried or voided. They are never converted to cash.
8. Changes, cancellation, and disputes
We may cancel, pause, or change a competition if it cannot run fairly (including abuse, scoring failure, or legal risk). If we cancel a Pro cash board after paid entries, we will refund the Pro Coin entry cost for affected unused or voided runs, or take another fair step such as rolling the prize.
Our decision on eligibility, scoring, and winners is final, subject to non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Disputes: email hello@tipoff.app with your display name, email, game, and approximate time of the run.
9. Permits and local law
These Prize Rules are designed as skill competitions with an operator-funded prize, for residents of Australia. Trade promotion permit numbers, if a state or territory requires one for a particular prize or mechanic, will be published on this page or in the game before that offer starts.
If a local law means we cannot offer cash to you, you may still play Social, and Pro glory boards, but you will not be paid cash.
