These Terms of use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of StatPredict (TipOff) ("we", "us", "our") for your use of StatPredict, including the website, apps, games, Social Coins, Pro Coins, leaderboards, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy policy, and the Prize and competition rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StatPredict is an F1-themed skill and social gaming product operated by the operator of StatPredict (TipOff). The public brand is StatPredict. Internal project names such as TipOff may still appear in technical systems.
These Terms apply from 17 September 2026. We may update them. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing. The version date is shown on this page.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Cash prizes are only available to residents of Australia who meet the Prize and competition rules. You may still play Social mode from other places where the Service is offered, but you are not eligible for cash.
You need a valid email address and a password. One natural person may hold one account. Shared, duplicate, or farmed accounts are not allowed.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may freeze, limit, or close an account that looks compromised, abusive, or ineligible.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, the Prize rules, or the law have been broken.
The Service has two play modes on the same games.
Social mode uses Social Coins. Social Coins have no cash value. You cannot redeem them for money. Race predictions, where offered, are Social only and never pay cash.
Pro mode is paid skill play for operator-funded cash prizes on selected Pit Lane games. You enter Pro with Pro Coins that you purchase. There is no free path into a Pro cash board.
Social Coins and Pro Coins sit in separate wallets in your Bank Vault. They never mix. Social Coins cannot be spent on Pro. Pro Coins cannot be spent on Social.
Social Coins may be granted for sign-up, daily login, referrals, leaderboard prizes, promotions, or purchased packs. They are a limited licence to enter Social features. They are not property, not a stored-value facility, and not redeemable for cash.
Pro Coins are purchased to enter Pro skill games. Unused Pro Coins are a licence to enter eligible Pro runs. They are not cash sitting in your account. We do not cash out leftover Pro Coins except where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.
Beta or complimentary Pro top-ups, if offered during testing, do not make you eligible for cash prizes. Cash play requires Pro Coins bought with a real payment once card checkout is live, plus the other Prize rules.
Prices, pack sizes, and run costs can change. The cost shown at the point you confirm a run or purchase is the cost that applies to that transaction.
If a charge fails, is reversed, or looks fraudulent, we may remove the related coins, void related runs, and withhold prizes.
Pit Lane games are games of skill. Scores are computed on our servers from the inputs we accept for that session. A number shown on your device is not the official result until the server accepts the run.
Each paid or credited run is a session. We generate the challenge on the server. You play against that session. Replays, screenshots, or a modified client do not override the server result.
We may reject, void, or hold a run that fails validation, expires, looks automated, uses impossible timings, or bypasses the play client.
Leaderboards may show your display name, helmet, scores, and rank. Admin accounts and seeded filler bots are not paid as winners.
You agree to play as a human, using the official Service, on your own account.
You must not: use bots, scripts, macros, solvers, or AI agents to start or submit runs; share accounts; create extra accounts to farm coins, leaderboards, or prizes; collude; exploit bugs; scrape non-public data; attack or probe the Service; spoof device or network identity to evade limits; or submit scores except through our play flow.
You must not reverse engineer the Service in order to obtain an unfair competitive advantage, interfere with other players, or steal prizes.
We use technical and manual review. That can include server-side replay, timing checks, rate limits, human verification (including Cloudflare Turnstile), payment checks, and account linking. We may ask you for extra information, including identity and a recording of a winning run, before we pay cash.
Breach may lead to voided scores, forfeited coins or prizes, account closure, and (where appropriate) reporting to payment providers or authorities.
Display names, helmet choices, predictions, and other material you submit must be lawful and not abusive, infringing, or misleading.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that material to operate leaderboards, the Service, and related promotion of the Service.
StatPredict is not affiliated with Formula 1, Formula One Licensing B.V., or any constructor. Team names, championship marks, and official liveries belong to their owners. We use original and licensed artwork and publicly available sporting facts.
The Service is provided as a live product that may include beta features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free scoring at every moment, or that a game, prize, or board will remain on offer.
We may change, pause, or retire games, boards, prizes, or features. Where a change affects an open cash competition, we will act reasonably and follow the Prize and competition rules.
Scheduled and emergency maintenance can happen without notice where needed to protect the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, chance, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss, or for prizes you did not become entitled to because a run was voided, an account was ineligible, or a competition was cancelled in line with the Prize rules.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, we limit it (at our option) to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply, or to the amount of Pro Coins you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is relevant.
You use the Service at your own risk on your own device and network. Mobile lag, browser throttling, and poor connections can affect play. Official scores use server time and server validation.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of someone else's rights, except to the extent we caused the loss.
Our Privacy policy at /legal/privacy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Australian courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have in your home state or territory.
If a court finds a part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
